We all know of the charity work of legends like Warren Buffet or Bill Gates. But back home, in India too, we have a number of noble souls striving hard to give back to the society that has always welcomed them with open arms and given them immense success. Their generosity is truly and remarkable and it’s time we throw some shade at the wonderful work they are doing. So here goes the list!

Wipro’s founder joined the Giving Pledge started by Bill and Melinda Gates, way back in 2013. He has pledged to give away 50% of his wealth to educational initiatives. This translates to a whopping 900 crores rupees that will be directed to setting up primary schools and ramping up the public education infrastructure in India.
