There has been an Awakening.
Not really, but there has been a change to the match card at WWE Clash of Champions. Last week it was announced that Humberto Carrillo would face Drew Gulak for the Cruiserweight Championship after surviving a 10-man Captain’s Challenge Elimination Match, and beating Oney Lorcan in singles action the following week.
This week, Lucha House Party member Lince Dorado was given an opportunity, as he has never before fought for the Cruiserweight title. After defeating Humberto in the show’s main event, the high-flying sensation earned his way into the championship picture and the bout at Clash of Champions will now be a triple threat.
