Former Impact Stars Work NXT Tapings
35-year-old Chad Lail worked Wednesday night’s NXT television taping event in Orlando, FL wrestling a singles match against Kassius Ohno. Lail is a former U.S. Marine Corps machine gunner who competed for Impact Wrestling between 2010 and 2015, appropriately given the name Gunner. He is a former TNA Television Champion and held the TNA World Tag Team Championships with James Storm.
Lail is actually signed to a developmental contract and has been working NXT live events since June 2017. This will be his first appearance on WWE television, however.
Brandi Lauren, who wrestled several times for Impact last year as Ava Storie, also worked the tapings against Lacey Evans. You can check out full spoilers from Wednesday’s television taping event at this link.
No Way Jose Parties in England
The “Dominican Dancing Machine” No Way Jose brought the party to Bournemouth, England today to kick off WWE’s two week tour all over Europe. Jose teamed with Tyler Breeze, Fandango and The Ascension in a 10-Man tag team match.
