Tama Tonga on Wednesday tweeted out what may be viewed as a response to tweets from Enzo Amore and Big Cass/caZXL ripping Ring of Honor earlier this week. Tonga, who holds tag team championships in different independent promotions as part of the Guerrillas of Destiny, called Enzo Amore a cancer among other things in a video he tweeted out. As reported earlier, Big Cass and Enzo Amore took part in an angle at G1 Supercard that didn’t go as expected. ROH brought them in to interfere with the Briscoe brothers in a match at the Madison Square Garden show during WrestleMania weekend. It resulted in several stiff punches getting thrown instead of the intended spot in which Enzo and Cass were allegedly supposed to throw beer on the Briscoes.
According to reports, ROH never notified many of the wrestlers involved in the show about the involvement of Enzo and Cass. Allegedly, none of the wrestlers from New Japan Pro Wrestling taking a part in the show knew about it. The fallout from the spot is that ROH reconsidered having Enzo and Big Cass involved with their promotion any further.
