At one point, it seemed as if Hulk Hogan would never appear in a WWE ring ever again. The legendary former wrestler was blackballed by the company in 2015 when he was discovered making racist comments on his leaked sex tape. Hogan has said before that he has done a lot of soul searching and is still learning from the mistakes that he has made. In an interview with People Magazine, Hogan reflected on some of the issues that he has experienced over the past few years. He told the publication that he is not the same man that he was over a decade ago when he made the remarks. Hogan also says that all humans make mistakes that they are not proud of, and that forgiving is truly the only way to move on.
“People are all human and they make mistakes, so it’s about forgiving
people and learning and growing. I’m definitely not in the same place I
was 12 or 13 years ago, you know, when I said such stupid words, what
came out of my head. That’s not who I am.” Hogan said.
In that same interview, Hogan talked about his return to Monday Night Raw a few weeks ago. Hogan was brought back to his first WWE show on US soil on January 7th to pay tribute to his friend, “Mean” Gene Okerlund. He received a mostly positive reaction from the fans in the arena that night, and the tribute itself was praised as well. “The Hulkster” talked about coming back and how the death of friends like Okerlund have helped him put life in perspective. The former world champion acknowledges that he is not a perfect person by any means, but he is eager to keep earning from his mistakes. Hogan talked about the positive reception to his return and is now encouraging fans to forgive him for his actions.
“People learn from their mistakes, and people generally have a good
heart. There’s a lot of good people in this world. You’ve gotta learn to

forgive, and move forward.” Hogan added.
Major League Wrestling has been shaking up the wrestling landscape with some of their signings this year. The promotion has locked down top talents like Teddy Hart, Davey Boy Smith Jr., Brian Pillman Jr., and several others. MLW has just managed to sign another big name to a contract. PWInsider has learned that indie star Jacob Fatu will begin working for MLW very soon. Fatu is the son of Tama/The Tonga Kid, and he has received praise for some of his work over the years. The report notes that MLW will be giving him an instant push as a top heel upon his debut. Expect to see Jacob Fatu and several other potential MLW signees arrive on MLW Fusion on BeIN Sports within the next few weeks.
