After being set up last night, Bayley vs. Sasha Banks is now official for Hell in a Cell.

It was confirmed on this week’s episode of Talking Smack that Bayley will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Banks in a Hell in a Cell match at this month’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. The PPV is taking place on Sunday, October 25.

Bayley got herself disqualified in a title match against Banks by using a steel chair on last night’s SmackDown. Bayley went to attack Banks with the chair after the match, but Banks fought her off and attacked Bayley with the chair herself. Banks put Bayley’s head in the chair and was going to stomp on it like Bayley previously did to her, but Bayley got away before Banks could.

Later in last night’s show, Banks cut a promo challenging Bayley for Hell in a Cell.

Bayley turned against Banks after they lost a Women’s Tag Team title match against champions Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax last month.

This will be the third women’s Hell in a Cell match in WWE history. Banks also took part in the first two, losing to Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. Bayley tweeted today: “My back is freakin done for. And that dumbass Sasha Banks thinks it’s a good idea to lock us inside Hell in a Cell. Well I guarantee I’m going to do what Becky and Charlotte couldn’t do, I’m ending Sasha for good. #SmackDown #HIAC”
