WWE continues to hype the Big Cass injury storyline with an announcement today that Cass has been pulled from his scheduled match against Samoa Joe on WWE Smackdown Live this week.
Cass was originally scheduled to face Joe in a Money in the Bank qualifier this week, but Smackdown GM Paige has announced Daniel Bryan will face Jeff Hardy instead, in a “second chance” match. The winner of the Bryan vs Hardy match will then face Samoa Joe on Smackdown next week, with the winner advancing to Money in the Bank:
Due to @BigCassWWE injury, @WWEDanielBryan will face @JEFFHARDYBRAND tomorrow night on #SDLive in a second chance match…
The winner will face @SamoaJoe NEXT WEEK for an opportunity to qualify and enter the Men’s #MITB Ladder Match.

As noted, earlier today WWE hyped Cass needing to be helped to the back by trainers during the WWE Munich live event, and you can read more about that at this link and below.
