Volei Futuro (SP) will play their first final of the men’s volleyball Super league. The team from Araçatuba defeated RJX (RJ) by 3:1 and ended the semifinal series.
Volei Futuro will face Sada/Cruzeiro(MG), which eliminated the Vivo / Minas (MG), in final game. The final will be played on April 21, at the Sport Hall Poliesportivo in Sao Bernardo do Campo (SP), from 10am, and will be broadcast live on TV Globo and channel Sportv and Sports Interactive.
The Middle blocker Michael (Volei Futuro) was named player of the match and received the trophy VivaVôlei. “We were able to reverse after that game we lost here at home, by three sets to zero. Best scorer of the game was Dante (RJX) with 17 hits and made a quick assessment of the first year in the Rio team. “We had ups and downs in the qualifying stage. Few believed that we were going that far. But we can balance the team and get here. For the first year, I believe that it was very positive performance,” said the Dante.
Volei Futuro best scores were the opposite Lorena and Camejo, each scored 16 points.
