Brock Lesnar attacked Seth Rollins on the June 3 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw. The Beast Incarnate came down to the ring after Rollins’ altercation with Baron Corbin, which led fans to believe that Lesnar was cashing in his Money in the Bank contract.
Heyman had promised that Brock was indeed going to hand the briefcase over and become the three-time Universal champion. So when Lesnar began to work over Rollins in the ring, fans expected the title change that was to come.
However, Lesnar did not cash-in his briefcase. As Heyman screamed “what are you doing,” Lesnar responded only with “Friday!”
Brock was referencing WWE”s Super ShowDown event that is set for June 7 in Saudi Arabia. Rollins is booked to face Corbin with the championship on the line and evidently, Lesnar plans to cash in that night. Seth was carried out on a stretcher and at this point, WWE has given no further information.
