Fashion organization UK Fashion and Textile Association (UKFT) published a Fashion & Textile Buyers’ Guide to Britain 2010. The buyers’ guide has been produced for several years by UK Fashion Exports, the export division of UKFT. Now with the creation of the new umbrella organisation to represent both the fashion and textile sectors, the concept has been expanded to include a section for fabric companies.
“This free Guide is a vital tool in promoting UK companies both at home and abroad,” explains Paul Alger, deputy director, UKFT. “It is distributed at all the leading fashion and fabric shows, is sent to embassies and posts throughout the world and is available via our website.”
