1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
–For stock sample is free, only need to charge Express fee properly. Customized samples need to charge sample fee, the sample fee is refundable after placing order.
2: What is the lead time for samples?
–It depends on which style is, if we’re not in busy season, customized samples usually it takes 1-10 days.
3: What is the lead time for delivery?
–In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 30-45days since order of confirmation fixed.
4: Can I have our own design?
–Sure you can, we offer OEM and ODM service, we can do customized style, pattern, logo, packing etc.
5: What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
