Jennifer Hudson has returned to the Oscars stage!

The Academy Award winner was on hand during Sunday’s ceremony for a jaw-dropping performance of “I’ll Fight,” from the Ruth Bader Ginsburg documentary, RBG. TheDiane Warren-penned tune is one of four Best Original Song nominees that was performed during the telecast.

Hudson took the stage following an introduction from Game of Thrones‘ Mother of Dragons, Emilia Clarke, wearing a dramatic menswear-inspired black-and-white gown. Behind her, imagery of the Supreme Court Building was projected.

“I’m just happy to be here and be a part of it,” Hudson told ET on the red carpet. “And then to sing a song that represents such an amazing woman and movement and just to be that voice.”

Hudson previously accepted an Oscar of her own in 2006 for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Dreamgirls. In 2015, she performed again during the in memoriam tribute with her song, “I Can’t Let Go.”

Most recently, the American Idol alum has been in production on the upcoming film adaptation of the musical Cats, in which she’ll play Grizabella.
