Le Progrès and L’Équipe report that Lyon have accepted a €24m plus 10% sell-on percentage fee clause offer from German side Hertha Berlin for 22-year-old French youth international defensive midfielder Lucas Tousart.
Tousart is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Bundesliga outfit until 2025, on salary terms that will see him earn around three times more than he currently receives at OL.
The player will however not move until the summer – it is unclear whether OL and Hertha will strike the deal in such a way that he returns on loan to Les Gones until June or if the transfer merely becomes effective at the end of this season.
