Matt Sydal will soon be going under the knife.
The highly regarded wrestling veteran, who performed as Evan Bourne in WWE, took to social media on Thursday to inform his fans that he will be undergoing surgery next Thursday to repair torn cartilage in his knee.

“I’m having surgery next Thursday to repair torn cartilage in my knee,” wrote Sydal via his official Twitter page yesterday afternoon. “I should be able to return to the ring by March or April.”
Sydal added, “I’ll be teaching wrestling online, and at the @WWNLive training center throughout. Reach out to [email protected] with questions.”
