Edmond, Okla. — Fresh off of a sweep of ranked NSIC opponents, Minnesota State moved to No. 10 in the latest Division II Wrestling Coaches Association poll. MSU defeated Upper Iowa 21-15 and Augustana 21-19 last week. The Peacocks and Vikings were ranked sixth and 19th respectively.
Individually MSU has three wrestlers ranked in their weight class. The trio all went 2-0 last week.
Sophomore Cody Quinn remains No. 3 at 165-lbs. The Covington, Wash., native sits at 15-6 on the year and defeated Wade Gobin (Upper Iowa) 2-1 and Parker Swanson (Augustana) 8-2.

Junior Brendan Eichmann jumped two spots to No. 4 at 174-lbs. Eichmann owns a 16-6 record. The Hastings, Minn., native defeated Blake Sorenson (Upper Iowa) 5-3 and Tim Weber (Augustana) 9-3 last week.
Senior Aaron Norgren also sits at No. 4 at 184-lbs. The three-time All-American is 9-4 this season and defeated Brock Gobin (Upper Iowa) 10-4 and Sean Derry (Augustana) 4-1 last week.

MSU travels to MSU Moorhead on Jan. 31 before returning to Mankato on Feb. 2 to host Southwest Minnesota State.
