AS Monaco have completed the signing of Saint-Étienne right-back Ronaël Pierre-Gabriel.
The 20-year-old has moved to the Stade Louis II for a fee understood to be €6m and has signed a 5-year contract.
The deal is also rumoured to include a sell-on clause and a first refusal option on AS Monaco forward Adama Diakhaby, if the striker decides to leave ASM this summer.
Gabriel is expected to be second-choice to Almamy Touré for the right-back berth, as the 2017 Ligue 1 champions anticipate the imminent sale of Djibril Sidibé.
Monaco are understood to have beaten RB Leipzig to the signature of the Paris-born full-back.
Gabriel had made 35 appearances for Saint-Étienne since his professional debut in 2015 and received his first France U-21 cap last year.
