Three men were arrested for beating up three men with iron rods and bricks, and leaving them to die for urinating in the open in outer Delhi’s Ranhola. The accused men had fled and were caught while trying to flee the city.
Police said a passerby spotted three men lying in pools of blood and made a PCR call, soon after which the men were taken to the hospital, where two of them are said to be critical.
