Ligue 1 strugglers Toulouse have been the subject of a mini shake-up today when under-fire manager Dominique Arribagé announced that he had removed two players from the first team squad entirely until the end of the season.

Central defender Jean Armel Kana Biyik and midfielder Tongo Doumbia are the individuals in question because of their poor attitude.

Arribagé explained the situation today:

“It is a disciplinary sanction for behaviour which failed to adapt to the squad’s current situation. We no longer have a right to see the slightest deviation [from our aims] and that will be the case until the end of the season. In order to hope for survival, we must have an irreproachable team spirit.”
