Trish Stratus will be coming out of retirement in her home city of Toronto, Canada, to face Charlotte Flair at WWE’s SummerSlam this August.

Ryan Satin reported Tuesday night that Stratus was in talks to be on the show and John Pollock reported Wednesday that the match was on. WWE sources confirmed the match, which had been rumored as a possibility ever since the interview took place.

The match was first hinted about on last night’s SmackDown when Flair said she was the queen of all eras and that she would face someone far better than Ember Moon with the win establishing her as the greatest of all-time.

The 43-year-old wrestled for WWE regularly from 2000 to 2006, winning the title seven times, and has made occasional appearances since she left. She wrestled at last year’s Evolution show, teaming with Lita in a win over Alexa Bliss and Mickie James.

SummerSlam will featuring Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins, WWE Champion Kofi Kington vs. Randy Orton, Raw women’s champion Becky Lynch vs. Natalya, SmackDown women’s champion Bayley vs. Ember Moon, and more.
