Betting sites are continuing to spark debate amongst the wrestling community that a potential in-ring return for Daniel Bryan could be imminent.
Rumors have been circulating for the past few months about Bryan potentially returning to wrestling as a way to conclude his current storyline with Shane McMahon. But according to betting sites such as Odds Checker, a betting site odds colation website, that return could be taking place at the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble.
Bryan’s odds to not only compete in the match but actually win it has gone from 66/1 to a staggering 4/1, making him the current third favorite to win the entire match at the time of writing.
According to the website, they have received word from ‘inside sources’ that Bryan will be making an in-ring return, hence the major odds change.
Of course, this is just a rumor right now and nothing is confirmed, with the latest word from WWE being Triple H’s recent interview where he stated the health of Daniel Bryan is the most important thing. If Bryan isn’t cleared by WWE doctors, he will not be allowed to wrestle.
In related news, WWE Smackdown Live star Shinsuke Nakamura continues to be the leading favorite to win the Royal Rumble match, as his odds currently sit at 6/4.
