According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, WWE might be making a change to the IC Title match at SummerSlam this year, despite the match previously being announced as Dolph Ziggler defending against Seth Rollins:

Texting With A Source: don’t be surprised to see one of the SummerSlam match ups already confirmed changed. Don’t get your hopes up, it’s not Reigns & Lesnar. Hearing the IC title match may not end up being Rollins v Ziggler one on one.

While no further details have been confirmed, there are plenty of top WWE stars without SummerSlam matches at the moment, including names such as Baron Corbin, Finn Balor, and Drew McIntyre. We reported yesterday, via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that Balor vs Corbin has been rumored for the PPV, and with the ongoing storyline featuring Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre, it would make sense to see McIntyre added to the match at some point, however that is merely speculation at this point.
