Fans still holding out hope for a match between The New Day and The Elite might want to finally throw in the towel.
Following news that Kofi Kingston had signed a brand new five-year contract with WWE, we can now confirm that all three members of the faction have signed matching deals to remain with the company through 2024.
Kingston’s announcement was first made on The New Day’s own podcast, Feel The Power, while news of the rest of the group re-signing broke on WWE Backstage late Tuesday night. The trio were able to negotiate for equal compensation for all three members of the team.
