A defeated and disappointed Kofi Kingston may not have left the FOX debut of Friday Night Smackdown with the WWE Championship around his waist, but the New Day star is holding his head high following his memorable world title run.
Kingston noted that his goal going forward is to find out how to get back into the title scene, as it took him a long time to finally break that barrier down. In regards to the newcomer, two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez, the veteran Superstar said that he would “cross that bridge when it comes”, but doesn’t shoot down the possibility of facing him in the squared circle.
