As reported by BUT, William Saliba could be in line for a new long-term deal at Arsenal with his current contract set to expire in 2024 and no option to buy inserted in his loan agreement at Marseille.
The outlet report that Saliba, a key part of Jorge Sampaoli’s set up at OM this season, could have done enough to convince Mikel Arteta to make the 20-year-old Frenchman a prominent part of the first team squad at Arsenal next season.
Should talks over an extension fail, however, the London club would seriously consider a transfer for the centre-back with both Milan clubs and Sevilla, should Jules Koundé or Diego Carlos leave, interested.
